ग्रामीण बाल एवं मानव विकास समिति, स्वयंसेवी संस्था का मुख्य उद्देश्य खासकर अररिया, पूर्णियाँ, सुपौल, मधेपुरा, किशनगंज और सहरसा ज़िलें के युवाओं, महिलाओं, बुजुर्गों, पिछड़े, अति पिछड़े, दलित लोगों को समाज की मुख्य धारा शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता, पर्यावरण, कौशलता, आवासन, रोज़गार, उच्च जीवनशैली क्षेत्र से जोड़ना है, जिसमें संस्था अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में वर्तमान समय तक सफल भी रही है और संस्था का सेवा क्षेत्र में समाजसेवी कार्य आगे भी निरंतर जारी रहेगी ।

ग्रामीण बाल एवं मानव विकास समिति, एक सार्वजनिक संस्था के रूप में, अपनी स्थापना के बाद से बिहार राज्य में आबादी के गरीब और दलित वर्गों की सेवा कर रही है। इसका कार्य क्षेत्र अररिया, पूर्णिया, मधेपुरा, सुपौल और किशनगंज जिलों में केंद्रित है। ग्रामीण बाल एवं मानव विकास समिति अपने पोषित लक्ष्य और उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए अथक संघर्ष कर रही है और नवाचारों के साथ विश्व समुदाय को यह प्रदर्शित करने की कोशिश कर रही है कि समुदाय के दलित वर्गों की आशाओं और आकांक्षाओं को वास्तविकता में कैसे बदला जाए। गतिविधियों और प्रबंधन शैली की योजना, डिजाइन, कार्यान्वयन, निगरानी और मूल्यांकन में इसके दृष्टिकोण हमेशा प्रभावी नेतृत्व, नवाचार और भागीदारी के साथ डेड रहे हैं
